How to become an Approved Provider
Initial Enquiry
Contact BILPM to discuss your programmes and eligibility for Approved Provider status.
Submit Application
Complete the Provider Application Form, including programme outlines and delivery evidence.
Standards Review
BILPM's CPD & Education Committee reviews your application against the Approved Provider Standards.
Approval & Listing
Approved providers are listed on the BILPM website and issued with the Approved Provider mark.
Eligibility Criteria
What BILPM looks for in an Approved Provider
Relevant Programme Content
Programmes must address competencies within BILPM's professional framework — leadership, project management, or aligned disciplines.
Quality Assurance Processes
Providers must demonstrate internal quality assurance, including learner feedback mechanisms and tutor qualification standards.
Qualified Delivery Staff
Programme tutors must hold relevant qualifications or demonstrable professional experience in the subject area.
