For Employers & Organisations
Why hire BILPM-recognised professionals?
BILPM membership grades provide employers with a reliable, independent benchmark of professional competence in leadership and project management — assessed against published national standards.
The Employer Advantage
Confidence in the professionals you hire
BILPM membership is not a self-reported certification. Every member has been independently assessed by a panel of experienced professionals against BILPM's published competence framework.
When a candidate presents BILPM membership, you can verify their grade, award date, and current status instantly through our public verification portal — giving your hiring team a reliable, fraud-proof assurance of their professional credentials.
Verify a credentialIndependent Assessment
All BILPM members are assessed by an independent panel, not by the training provider or the employer. Assessment outcomes cannot be purchased or influenced.
Instant Verification
Verify any BILPM member's credentials in seconds using the public register or certificate verification tool. No waiting. No calls needed.
CPD-Committed Professionals
BILPM members are required to maintain 30 hours of CPD annually. Membership status reflects active, current professional development — not a one-time achievement.
Internationally Applicable
BILPM recognition is internationally applicable and aligned with global leadership and PM competence standards including ISO, APM, and PMI frameworks.
Multiple Sectors Covered
BILPM-recognised professionals operate across infrastructure, healthcare, technology, financial services, defence, and public sector environments.
Clear Grade Hierarchy
Four grades from Associate to Fellow provide a clear progression ladder. Employers can match candidates to roles by grade — without guesswork.
